Free Route Optimizer

RoutePilot is a free route optimizer for multiple addresses. Get free route optimization by arranging up to 50 destinations using estimated driving time. Enter addresses or use a CSV route optimizer workflow to upload a CSV/TXT list.

How route optimization works

To optimize a route for multiple addresses, enter your starting address first, then add your destinations. RoutePilot keeps the first address as the route start and reorders the remaining stops to find the best route between multiple addresses by estimated drive time. Choose a round trip, a fastest open route, or a fixed final address.

Optimize up to 50 stops from a CSV

Upload a CSV or TXT file with one address per line or in an address column. RoutePilot detects common CSV address columns and supports up to 50 destinations plus the starting address. Check the address list, choose how the route should end, then optimize.

RoutePilot FAQ

Is it free?

Yes. RoutePilot is free to use and does not require an account or API key. Public address lookup and routing services have fair-use limits.

How accurate is it?

When OSRM road routing is available, RoutePilot uses estimated road distances and drive times from OpenStreetMap data. Times do not include live traffic. If road routing is unavailable, totals are clearly labeled approximate straight-line estimates, not road-accurate directions.

Round trip vs one-way?

Round trip returns to the starting address. Fastest open route can finish at the last optimized stop. Fixed final address keeps the last address you entered as the endpoint. The first address always remains the start.

How do I navigate a long route in Google Maps?

Use the Google Maps route links above the map. Long routes are split into numbered parts that work better on phones; open them in order because each part starts where the previous part ends.

Is my data stored?

RoutePilot does not save your entered route on its server. Successful address lookups are cached in your browser. Address requests go to OpenStreetMap Nominatim and OSRM; site analytics are also loaded. Google receives route addresses only when you open a Google Maps link.
